Please please what song is playing in "Confession" when Minori finishes cheering for Ryuji and then cries. Please goodness gracious I really want to know and I can't find it anywhere.

I'm wondering because as we saw in the beginning of that episode, Taiga is seen cooking a bento in a different kitchen, actually it's different from Ryuuji's house kitchen and also not in her apartment. I think that kitchen is Taiga's and Ryuuji's, probably their apartment? Also, Ryuuji is like narrating the whole episode. Any ideas?

After finishing yuri's route and past the ending song, Yuri talks about how Ryuuji can change the wedding outcome by using every opportunity to talk to Inko-chan. Can anyone confirm that Yuri's route changes as a result of talking to Inko-chan?
