Yasuko Takasu, also known as Mirano, is the mother of Ryuuji Takasu.
Background
While in high school, she began a relationship with an older man and eventually became pregnant. When she told the man about the pregnancy, he left her for another woman. Her parents insisted that she abort the baby and continue her life, but Yasuko refused, determined to protect and raise the baby. Tensions between her and her parents eventually reached the point that Yasuko ran away, stealing several items that she thought she could sell from her parents, including her father's watch.
